Here’s a short round up of what’s new this coming ski season in La Plagne!
The skating rink is re-opening in Montchavin Les Coches!
Calling all budding Torvill and Deans! This winter, skaters will once again be able to enjoy ice-skating on the 800 m² rink in Les Coches that was closed for a few years. On the programme: free skating, sports competitions and other entertainment. The rink, located at the top of the ‘Les Coches’ bubble which you take from our Montchavin chalets, is covered but without walls so you get a wonderful view of Mont Blanc whilst ice-skating!
Spend the night in an igloo
What could be more romantic than a beautiful star-lit evening snowshoe walk, a warming and hearty Alpine fondue and then spending a night in an igloo in the forest, before heading back in the morning after breakfast. You can book this adventure through Evolution2 – the price of 139€ includes all your equipment, half board, a guide – and a duvet!
Treatment bubbles at Espace Paradisio
A transparent dome has been installed on the terrace of Espace Paradisio, Montchavin’s spa and swimming pool centre and will be used for the three “Bubble of Gentleness” body treatments. The effect is even more enchanting at the end of the day, with a view of the piste and stars!
