As a small, owner-run business, it’s incredibly important to us that we find staff that will not only look after our guests impeccably, but also be proud of the company they are working for, and enjoy it. So we hand-pick our chalet staff based on their friendly and nothing-is-too-much-trouble approach, hospitality skills and professional cooking experience.
Our chefs are all restaurant-trained, often having worked in prestigious hotels and fine-dining establishments. We employ enthusiastic, intelligent hosts who work hard to make you feel at home. And our drivers are experienced in driving in the snow & ice, and will be there to meet you at the airport or train station, and take guests to and from the slopes, where needed.
We reward them well, they are an integral part of our small team, and we are pleased to say that we have a high number of returning staff. As owners, we (Duncan & Toorna) are on hand to help out and visit all our guests during their stay.
