Privacy Policy

This policy was updated on 18/05/2018 to bring it in line with the new EU GDPR regulations

Alpine365 is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its website visitors. Our privacy statement sets out how we treat your personal information when you use our site.

Information that we collect
When you enquire about a holiday or go on to book it with us, we will need to collect certain personal details from you, such as the names and contact details of any guest, disability or medical conditions that may affect your holiday, and dietary restrictions.

We may also collect information about your computer and your usage of our website, e.g. number of pages viewed, length of visit, IP address etc.

Using your personal data
We may use your personal information to send you specific commercial communications related to your contact request eg holiday confirmation forms. We will only send you commercial messages such as newsletters if we have specifically asked your permission (and you have given it). You may unsubscribe from any of these commercial messages at any time

Your information may also need to be passed on to such companies that require it to complete your holiday booking, e.g. transfer companies, ski schools, or the lift pass company.

Resale of data
We do not, and will not ever, sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any of your personal information to any third parties.

Security
We will take reasonable technical and logistical precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal data. We ensure that your personal information is stored on a secure database which is protected from access with secure passwords known only to authorised Alpine365 personnel (and authorised 3rd parties where relevant eg Accountants). Please be aware, however, that data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, so we cannot guarantee the security of any data that is sent over the internet via eg emails.

We will, in line with GDPR regulations, report any data breaches directly to you.

Access to your data
You may request from us, at any time, details of all or some of the personal data we hold on you, and we will provide it within a fair and reasonable timescale. You may also request the deletion of your personal information, which again will be dealt with in a reasonable timescale, and then confirmed with you.
