Our first stay at Chalet Bluebird and we could not have been more delighted with our experience! We stayed as 2 vegetarians, 1 pescatarian and 5 meat eaters and thought the food was well thought out, inclusive and delicious for all.
Jas and Mark always greeted us with a smile, served their exceptional food with grace and professionalism and anticipated our needs incredibly well. We did not want for anything!
They also did a fantastic at being unobtrusve – allowing us to fully relax – whilst remaining incredibly attentive and perceptive.

We enjoyed the skiing, the village and the chalet in its entirety and cannot thank Alpine365 enough!

Our holiday was fantastic! I honestly can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t positive about our week. Thank you so much for a brilliant holiday. The food was so lovely and and I really appreciated being able to mix and match the meat and vegetarian options.

All in all, the standard of hosting, food, location and chalet spec are all excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alpine 365.

Our holiday was absolutely fabulous in every way. It couldn’t have been an easier/smoother process to book, and we had an incredible stay. Chalet Bluebird is beautifully kept and in the best location.
All the food from Mark and Jas was fantastic. We honestly couldn’t fault it, it was so delicious and beautifully presented!

This was the first time we’d considered staying “low”, but the chalet location had it all on the doorstep – literally! We also appreciated a slightly shorter transfer to Montchavin too.

It was extremely convenient to get into Les Arcs – specifically the fact you beat the crowds coming from the main La Plagne resort in the morning, and can return after everyone has already had to leave a bit earlier to get the lifts back up to La Plagne in the afternoon. For anyone who may dismiss the location just based on it being a lower village – it’s changed my perception and opened up new possibilities (and it’s particularly good being between two resorts!)

Everything has been so good; time has just flown too fast. You guys have gone above and beyond and made uis feel so welcome. And you looked after the Gluten-Free guys so well!

We had a group of 19 spread across both chalets and genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better week. From the moment we arrived, everything just worked. The chalets were spotless, warm, and perfectly set up for a big group – loads of space to hang out, recover, and refuel before going again.
Location-wise, you couldn’t design it better. Slopes, lifts, town, après – all basically on your doorstep. Zero logistical stress, which with 19 people is borderline miraculous.
The hosting was spot on: relaxed but organised, helpful without ever being intrusive, and with a good sense of humour. Every question answered, every detail handled. It made the whole trip feel effortless.
Food? Exactly what you want after a full day on the mountain – generous, comforting, and very well received by a group with serious appetites.
It’s rare to get 19 adults to agree on anything, but the unanimous verdict: we’d go back in a heartbeat.
If Carlsberg did ski trips… they’d probably just book Chalet Chocolat and Chalet Grizzli.

We had great communication with Toorna during our booking.
Our hosts, Mark & Jaz, were fabulous. We absolutely loved the diversity of our dinners – every meal was superb and it was always a joy to look forward to each evening.
The chalet location is fantastic as you are so close to the Vanoise Express, making skiing both La Plagne and Les Arcs very easy to access.
And the underground parking is really useful for early arrivals and later getaways.
