With trepidation I booked our first Christmas break away. The trip was my husband’s 60th birthday treat and I’m usually a real home person at Christmas.

The whole booking process was made amazingly easy and straightforward by Duncan, who also helped us organise ski passes and ski equipment that was all ready and waiting for us at the chalet.

Upon arrival we were met by the lovely Tom who was our driver for the week. Having the option of a driver to take the children and non-skiers down to the village was fantastic and also came in useful at the end of the day after a few beers in the village.

Hubby managed to leave his ski boots on the train and we didn’t realise our loss until the day after arrival. Duncan managed to rescue his ski boots from the station’s lost property and redelivered them to our chalet. Duncan also was fabulous in rearranging our ski groups for the children during the week.

Back to the chalet, well what can I say? Maria and Richard are absolutely amazing. The care that went into the style and quality of our food was astounding – we certainly needed to lose a few pounds upon our return. Having access to a hot tub was our icing on the cake and was made good use of.

As it was Christmas week, we were delighted to have a beautiful Christmas tree in the chalet which Father Christmas made good use of.

Skiing was great and our children loved the lessons and the ski area, with our son heading over to Les Arcs and La Plagne.

All in all, will we be back??? Absolutely!!!!

A wonderful experience at Chalet Husky. The support and high standard of communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. The chalet is in a great position, just by the piste. It is warm and cosy. The bedrooms are big with plenty of storage. The bathrooms have various options, for those preferring bath or showers. The hot tub looks out over the piste towards Les Arcs, it’s lovely and hot, so no need to rush the experience.

Rob and Holly were new to hosting but were both excellent and attentive. The food was superb – all of it. We all felt well cared for in an unobtrusive and professional way. We all agree that this was a wonderful holiday in a wonderful place, cared for by wonderful people. It was a seamless, delightful journey from beginning to end. Thank you!

A wonderful holiday from the moment of enquiring to arriving back home. Three generations of our family were all very impressed including the children and the grandparents! Chalet Grizzli is a lovely chalet in a great location with friendly staff and amazing food.

The layout of the chalet worked perfectly for us. There was even a bag of toys and puzzles for the children.

The food was delicious every night. Fresh ingredients used daily so we didn’t feel the need to eat loads fruit and veg after we got home! Amy and Adrian were fantastic. They picked up on conversations about food preferences and applied this to our meals, we were very impressed with this attentiveness and we got more of what we liked.

This was one of our best skiing holidays in our many years of skiing in Europe. The organisation by Alpine365 was impeccable with emails and phone calls directly from the owners that ensured that we were fully informed on what to expect at the chalet and how to get there safely.

Underground parking was a real bonus with lift access almost directly to the chalet door. The chalet was perfect for our needs –spacious, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, an open fire and views over the snow-capped mountains. The ski lift and access to the massive La Plagne and Les Arcs ski areas was right next door.

Most importantly the chalet staff, Laura and Jake, were simply the best. They were friendly, very helpful and masters at their chosen professions. The food was exceptional, truly exceptional, and the wine was good quality and plentiful. We were lucky with the weather and most grateful to share the chalet with a wonderful group of people.

We are a family of 6 who have just returned from a week at chalet chocolate. From the start Toorna and Duncan were amazing, always in touch and organising every part of our holiday.

We were greeted by our hosts, Jake and Laura, and could not have asked for a better couple to look after us! They made us feel welcome and comfortable from the beginning. Jake’s cooking was phenomenal and Laura’s hospitality was second to none. We really enjoyed the food, wine and very reasonably priced mini bar that Jake and Laura have set up.

Chalet Chocolat itself is beautiful and we made good use of the roof top hot tub. A few of us had the in-chalet massage by Massage Me that we would also recommend.

With some beginners in our group, La Plagne was a great resort with a variety of slopes to meet everyone’s ability. The chalet also has the benefit of being next to the gondola and ski shop.

Overall we had a fantastic time at Chalet Chocolat and couldn’t thank Jake, Laura, Toorna and Duncan enough. They are doing a brilliant job!

We are lucky enough to have done a few catered ski chalet holidays over the years, but this one far surpassed any we have ever had before. I booked this chalet for a group of 8 of us – 2 families, each with 2 teenage children.

The chalet is lovely, in a super location and we had great late-season snow, allowing full ski-in/ski-out access. The location is so convenient as it is as easy to ski in Les Arcs as it is in La Plagne, Les Coches is perfectly central. The hot tub has jaw-dropping views and is a must!

From the very first initial contact with Toorna she couldn’t have been more helpful, a truly outstanding service. She even helped us out booking specialist freestyle snowboarding lessons for my son (with an ex-Olympian) as she has all the contacts!

But the real winner here was the super chalet hosting team – Steven and Lilly. From the moment we arrived they made our stay an absolute delight. They were always smiling, so friendly and helpful, they really couldn’t do enough for us. And the food? Well it was out of this world!! Our children were blown away with the array of surprises that Steven produced, many of which they never would have tried if they had been served them in a restaurant….but because Steven created the dishes they were so fond of him they tried EVERYTHING, which was just fantastic.

To summarise, I couldn’t recommend this chalet and the team behind it any more highly – you won’t regret it!

We loved Chalet Grizzli and the village of Montchavin. The location was ideal for accessing the ski-lifts, the full extent of La Plagne and the village and we were completely spoilt by our chalet hosts, Lauren and Connor. Connor’s cuisine and baking skills were first class and Lauren was so helpful throughout our stay. Each evening we enjoyed the benefits of the hot tub to soak our tired muscles, ate like kings and slept like logs. We were fortunate to be with some very good company during our stay as we were a group of three. Duncan and Toorna do an excellent job. Can’t recommend Alpine365 highly enough.

Chalet Chocolat was the best chalet I have ever stayed in. It’s brand new and has beautiful, modern decor. The hot tub was perfect for a pre dinner soak after a long day skiing.

We booked Chalet Chocolat last minute through Toorna and couldn’t be more thrilled. We had reviewed a number of last minute deals through comparisons websites but when Toorna sent us such a detailed and helpful response we knew the service would be fab. She helped us book everything, from transfers to ski hire and lift passes and even popped in a couple of times to say hello, which was lovely.

Location was perfect, right in between Les Arcs and La Plagne so you can ski to both regions easily.

Zach and Megane were such brilliant hosts. The food Zach made was amazing and really varied and you could tell what an experienced chef he was. Every evening Megane offered us one of her lovely cocktails in the hot tub and looked after us all evening! They’re both really welcoming and lovely people which added to the experience. The wine available with dinner was amazing. There was around 3-4 red and white options to choose from, all delicious.

All in all, a fab chalet stay with a really well run ski company.

I can honestly say that of over 30 years of booking ski holidays, I have never had such a positive experience. Speaking to you on the phone and your advice has been second to none. It is clear that you want your clients to have a holiday that works for them, and dealing with a family business has given me much more confidence that the resort and chalets were right for us; it was merely a matter of availability and dates.

The only plus side to not being able to come is after viewing photographs of meals on your Facebook page, I won’t need to lose weight after eating your delicious food!! Thank you so much for all your time and advice and I’ll be in touch for future ski holidays!
