Aimee & Cam, thank you so much for making our week extra special – the food was fabulous, hosting was amazing and we really enjoyed your company. Great to have hosts with a sense of humour and who are so accommodating.

What a week! We feel spoilt rotten, thank you for all the extra bits you did for us to make this trip perfect. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Your food is the best chalet food we’ve ever had, it was a real treat to try some original dishes and interesting ingredients.

What will it mean to us in 20 years? Basically, all other weeks in the snow will be measured on this one.

Thank you so much for looking after us so well. The food has been absolutely amazing, including coping with various dietary requirements. The slow-cooked lamb was to die for.

Aimee & Cameron – what fantastic hosts you are! Nothing was too much trouble and you made us all feel instantly at home. Beautiful chalet and the hot tub was a real bonus. The most delicious food we’ve ever had on a skiing trip.

We really appreciated your hard work and happy disposition. You achieved a perfect balance of being friendly and entertaining, without being intrusive. All in all a perfect holiday.

An excellent week at Chalet Epicea, only made so by Niall & Katy, who excelled themselves and totally pampered us throughout our stay. The food was outstanding and the chocolate fondant dessert currently rates as my best dessert ever. The cocktails were mixed to perfection (and possible more alcoholic than was needed but enjoyed nevertheless!) A great stay with perfect hosts in a wonderful location.

Our first chalet holiday and all I can do is describe it as epic! The chalet was above and beyond my expectations, the food was a superb (afternoon tea was to die for!). I don’t think I will have another week with so much excitement and happiness!

I’ve been overwhelmed with the standard of the hosting, the food, the warmth of welcome and general hospitality.
