Below are ADULT PRICES (per person per week and sharing a room)
Children (2-12 years) are charged at approximately 15% below the adult price.

Unless otherwise stated on your booking form, the prices include:
- 7 nights accommodation
- 7 days breakfast (5 cooked breakfasts; 2 continental breakfasts)
- 7 days afternoon tea with home-baked cakes/biscuits
- 6 dinners with unlimited wine at dinner (5 x 4-course dinners and 1 x self-service 2-course meal)
- free use of chalet equipment inc luxury hot tub, wifi, TV, games
- complimentary toiletries
- fluffy towels, bathrobes and bed linens
- arranging and delivering transfers, pre-booked lift passes, ski hire and ski school (charged separately, and not part of your holiday price)
- (In line with new French laws, staff will receive two full days off per week)

Children are very welcome, but note we do not usually book groups including children under 12 in weeks where we already have adult-only groups, unless they have previously consented to this. The exception to this is during school holidays, when all guests should expect children to be staying in the chalet.
For infants under 2 years, we levy a £50/week cost per child, to cover our costs. We can provide travel cots, high chairs, toys, children’s crockery and cutlery plus home-made food.
Booking, Deposits, and Full Payment
A £100/pp deposit is due at time of booking to guarantee your holiday*. We will hold a booking for up to a week whilst waiting for a deposit.
Full payment is due on or before 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Any holidays booked within 8 weeks of commencement will need to be paid in full at time of booking (with a one week grace period as per standard deposits).
Payment can be made by either UK bank transfer via our UK £GBP payment partner, or by card, in € (contact Alpine365 for the relevant Euro price at the time of booking)
Airport Transfer Bookings
As soon as you have your flight details, please let us know as we can arrange your transfer from the airport to chalet. We have one minibus, which we can use to collect guests from airport and train stations in France. For Geneva airport, we work with a number of local transfer companies to get you the best quote. This will be charged separately and is not included in any quoted holiday price

Check-in & check-out
Rooms are available from 3pm on your day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10am on departure. We’ll do our best to cater for any requirements outside these times, but we can’t guarantee it.
Please note we typically do not book specific rooms for our guests, as we sometimes need to change things around as we receive more bookings. However, we do of course honour room type requests (eg double or twin).

If you wish to book an Alpine365 holiday, then firstly, can we say thank you very much, and we wish to assure you that you are about to book a holiday you will remember for years to come.
To book, please first contact us to confirm precise availability and prices for your group size and requirements. Assuming we have the right availability for your group, and you wish to book, we will then email you an online booking form to complete and return.
As soon as you have returned this completed booking form to us, we will reserve your booking. You then have up to one week to pay us your deposit (or full payment where relevant) – via bank transfer in £UK Pounds or with a credit/debit card in €Euro. Full payment details will be on your booking form.
Once the deposit has been received*, your holiday will be fully confirmed, and we’ll look forward to seeing you when you arrive!
* from 17-Mar-20 until 01-Jul-20, no advance deposits will be required
