What an absolutely incredible luxury to have a chef who genuinely cared about every dish that was served. Fabulous attitude to service.

I was extremely impressed by the little touches - such as Toorna dropping off toys for the children and calling to check we’d organised everything for the crèche. When Lewys was sick, you managed to carry on as normal by pulling together and it didn't affect our holiday at all - extremely impressive contingency planning/on the spot thinking! Mandy-May and Lewys were brilliant and adaptable (children and plans don't always work) Russell got us everywhere on time (another miracle for us) and Toorna and Duncan were friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Will be recommending (and saving up for next time) I may never be able to cope without either ski in/ski out or lifts to the piste again!

We booked very last minute but Alpine 365 were great - getting in touch straight away and helping to take the stress out of organising passes, ski school etc. Very friendly and welcoming, they pulled out all the stops to make our holiday experience a good one. The food was amazing - best we've ever had on a skiing holiday. Our hosts were very responsive to our requests, likes and dislikes. Every single meal was beautifully presented and cooked.

A massive thanks for the whole team for a wonderful holiday in Chalet Epicea. Our group had an amazing week and we all felt so well looked after. You made our holiday really special and we really appreciate your efforts. The food has been consistently delicious and the service always friendly. We've skied together for several years and many of the group told me this was their best ski holiday yet, largely due to the fantastic chalet, staff, food and ski area.

Thanks for looking after us so well; the food was delicious and plentiful, and your hospitality superb. Les Coches is perfectly positioned in the trees to make it very picturesque and easy to ski when the light is not so bright.

What an amazing 2 weeks. Lewys & Mandy-May gave us an amazing welcome and it continued through to our final day. The team knows how to make you feel at home. Matt & Gemma, thanks so much for such a fantastic week – you really have been exceptional hosts and in the whole of my season and skiing holidays, I never came across hosts that made as much effort as you.
A special mention should really go to Matt and Gemma. They were highly professional, intensely attentive and wonderfully hospitable throughout our whole stay. Matt's food was touched by genius and he was very flexible with dietary issues.
